My name is Zoë Dahl and I am so excited to be a part of the Alef class. I grew up in Gainesville until going away for school at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!!). I am recently back in town after adventures in Virginia and Colorado. I have spent the past year in the Alachua County Schools. I spend my summers in Maine working at a summer camp. I have worked there for the past seven summers and it is truly my favorite place in the world. I spend my time traveling, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
I love hands on activities and seeing the reaction of students when something ‘clicks’. This is my first year at B’nai Israel and I am excited to be a part of this community. I cannot wait to see where the rest of the year takes us.
Hi, I’m Rebekah Ford. I’ve grown up in Gainesville my entire life and I am in my third year at UF studying Forest Resources and Conservation. I am a certified environmental educator by Project Learning Tree, and I spend my summers running the nature program at an all girls summer camp in Vermont! I can’t wait to teach your kids all about the wonders of our ecosystem and world!
