Ones – Tzhov class

Ms. Alisa and Ms. Shannon

Shalom,

My name is Alisa Griffin, and I am so excited to be teaching another year at B’nai Israel Community Day School. This is my sixth school year teaching at B’nai as a One’s lead teacher. I have been working with young children for more than 16 years. I carry a (CDA) Child Development Associate and a Director’s Credential/License, and lots of love! In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family, crafting, shopping, and listening to music. I can’t wait to meet and or reunite with you and your families. I’m very thankful for a new year with new adventures to come! We all have had a rough past few years but now it’s time to enjoy what’s ahead. One of my goals for this school year is to let the children be the guide to what they are interested in learning. Through play, exploring, singing, dancing, art, crafts, etc. This will we the best year yet!

Sincerely,
Alisa Griffin

Shalom everyone,

I’m Ms. Shannon. I am from Miami, FL and have more than 20 years of experience working with young children. I also teach recreational gymnastics and children’s yoga. I completed my Associates Degree at Santa Fe College and am currently working on my Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. I plan to pursue a Master’s Degree and specialize in Social and Emotional Development. In my down time, I enjoy spending time outside, reading, and crafting.
