Pre-K – Zahav Class

Ebony 2018

Ebony Phipps

Hello,

My name is Ebony Phipps and I am the Zahav (Gold) Lead Pre-K Teacher. I was born in St. Thomas. U.S.V.I., but grew up in Gainesville, Fl. I graduated from Santa Fe College in December 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. I have been at B’Nai since January 2016, after interning in the two year old class.

I love teaching, it is a true passion of mine and I believe my strength in the classroom is behavior management. I practice to be patient and always make sure my students feel heard in order to make sure they have the best experiences in school.

This is my third year teaching Pre-K and I am ready to welcome you all and together make this a wonderful year!

Welcome to the Zahav class!!! 😊

Adriana Orozco

Welcome families to B’nai Israel Day School. My name is Adriana Orozco. I was born and raised here in Gainesville, and I love it here. I look forward to one day raising my family here as well. I have been working in a pre-school setting for 10+ years and this school year will be my 12th year at B’nai Israel Day School. I have been lucky enough in working in ages Infants-PreK. I have absolutely enjoyed and loved my experiences in each class. Through the years, I have learned my strength in the classroom is to maintain a calm and safe environment to ensure the class runs smoothly. I am looking forward in watching each child grow individually. Here’s to a great new school year and many more memories to build.
