Threes – Yarok Class

My name is Ms. Jessica, and I’m so excited to be teaching your child this year! I am a born and raised Gainesville resident, and I got my undergraduate degree in Family, Youth & Community Sciences from the University of Florida! I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work, with the hopes of becoming a medical social worker on a pediatric organ transplant team. Working with children is absolutely my passion, so while this is my first year teaching at B’nai, I have 10 years of experience working with children ages eight weeks to 13 years old!

I believe children learn best by doing, so a big focus in my classroom is hands on learning! This will include various crafts, process art, and sensory projects. Arts and crafts, as well as STEM activities, are two of my biggest strengths so there will be lots of these activities in our class!
